Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-15
By using FPS Tournament App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must use a valid Twitch account for Twitch-based features.
- You are responsible for your account activity and credentials.
2. Service Scope
- The service provides tournament management, overlays, broadcast utilities, rankings, and clip/highlight workflows.
- It stores and processes tournament settings and results and provides review tools, including Discord-assisted submission and moderation where available.
- The service does not process entry fees, payments, or prize payouts.
Tournament Organizer and Platform Responsibilities
- Organizers determine their tournament rules and participant eligibility/entry conditions, are responsible for prize promises they make, and administer their tournaments.
- Organizers and authorized moderators make the decisions assigned to them by the applicable review workflows.
- These organizer responsibilities do not transfer responsibility for the platform's own software behavior, calculations, or data integrity to organizers.
3. Twitch Integration and Third-Party Rules
- Twitch-related features are governed by Twitch Terms of Service, Twitch Developer terms, and Twitch API/embed policies.
- You may not use this service to violate Twitch rules, including unauthorized content use, API misuse, or policy evasion.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory Twitch platform rules for Twitch content/features, Twitch rules prevail for that scope.
4. User Content and Conduct
- You are responsible for the content you submit, including tournament information, team/player information, chat messages, media links, evidence screenshots, and KD/registration images where applicable.
- The service stores, processes, and displays submitted content as needed to provide its features, including review and tournament presentation. This does not transfer ownership of your content to FPS Tournament or grant unrelated commercial reuse rights.
- Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, abuse, fraud, or attempts to disrupt service security.
- Admins and moderators may remove content or restrict access for policy violations.
Some workflows use automated/OCR-assisted extraction. Extracted information may contain errors and is not authoritative on its own. Applicable moderated verification workflows involve authorized human review. See the Privacy Policy for data-processing details.
5. Data Deletion (GDPR and Similar Rights)
- You can request deletion from in-app user settings (GDPR delete flow) or support contact.
- Deletion may be limited where retention is legally required or needed for security/audit obligations.
For details about personal data and browser storage, see the Privacy Policy and Cookie / Storage Policy.
6. Availability and Changes
- Service features may change.
- Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Third-party service dependencies may affect operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPS Tournament App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service or tournament operations.
8. Contact
